13. Resale

Approved wholesale customers may resell products purchased from CardCrown.shop subject to applicable laws, regulations, manufacturer requirements, marketplace rules, and their own business obligations.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their resale activities comply with all applicable requirements.

14. Brand and Trademark Use

Purchasing products wholesale does not grant permission to use Pokémon, Pokémon TCG, Nintendo, GAME FREAK, Creatures Inc., or other third-party trademarks beyond what is legally permitted.

All third-party trademarks and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

Wholesale customers are responsible for ensuring that their marketing and advertising practices comply with applicable intellectual property laws and platform rules.

15. Fraud Prevention and Verification

CardCrown.shop may verify wholesale customers and orders where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, payment security, inventory protection, or business compliance.

We may request additional information before approving or fulfilling a wholesale order.

We may decline or cancel orders where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, unauthorized payment activity, false business information, or other unlawful conduct, subject to applicable law.

16. Wholesale Account Restrictions

Submitting a wholesale request does not guarantee that a customer will receive a particular quantity of a product.

Where supply is limited, CardCrown.shop may allocate available inventory based on factors such as availability, order size, timing, existing commitments, or other reasonable commercial considerations.

18. Confidentiality of Wholesale Pricing

Wholesale customers may receive commercially sensitive pricing or inventory information.

Customers should not publicly distribute confidential quotations, pricing arrangements, or other information specifically identified as confidential by CardCrown.shop.
